ROOM RESERVATIONS
Please complete the following form to reserve a space. The room, date and time will not be reserved until approved by our Building Manager. Once submitted, your reservation will be pending and our Building Manager will reach out for confirmation. We will try to accommodate your choices, however, it is necessary to assign rooms which are best suited to the type of activity/event and the number of attendees.
Please remember, the contact person will be responsible for clean-up and for the payment of the room and equipment used, if applicable.
